Who are you exactly?

I've been making music for more than 20 years. I started as a teenager making trance music with monikers such as Tragida and Likuida. Later on, I moved away from trance and after a bit decided to take music production more seriously. Since then I made different kinds of music and released it as Need a Name, Chasing Dreams, Katahimikan and my real name: Dario Lupo.

Where I can listen to your stuff?

Your favorite streaming services, Bandcamp, YouTube and such. My earlier trance tracks might be difficult to find.

Where can I find install instructions for the presets in your shop?

You can usually find install instructions on the official VST manufacturers' websites. If you can't find instructions on their website, you'll probably find them in the product's manual.

Why are all your preset packs just EUR 5? Is there a catch?

First of all, I know how hard this whole music production thing is, and I want tools to be affordable, so I'm sharing my own at an affordable price.

In the beginning I just wanted to share them on my Patreon (where you can get all of them for EUR 10) as it's a more sustainable way to support my work, but then I decided to also give the option to buy single packs, since not everyone wants to have a Patreon account or a monthly subscription.

Another reason is I make presets to use in my own music. Sound design is part of my music production and creative process, something I do for fun and then decide to share. My packs don't contain hundreds of presets and they don't cover any style, genre or type of sound. They are very specific to my taste, so I don't feel like selling them for $20+ like many others.

What do I get exactly by subscribing to your Patreon, instead of just buying a soundset in your shop?

There are 3 different tiers on my Patreon: Donor (EUR 2), Supporter (EUR 5), and Enthusiast (EUR 10). Besides supporting my work, which I appreciate, here's what you can get:

With the Donor tier, you'll gain access to direct downloads of anything that's free to download on this website. This eliminates the need to check out separately for each product; instead, you can instantly download anything directly from Patreon. Additionally, you will get unreleased demo tracks and my full discography in MP3.

With the Supporter tier, other than everything inclued in the Donor, you will be able to ask me for any Bandcamp code from my music releases, so that if you wish you can get them in lossless formats.

With the Enthusiast tier, you'll get anything that's for sale on this website. This means that for just EUR 10 you can get all my soundsets, presets and samples. Of course you'll also get everything included in the other tiers and you can cancel anytime.

Will you make more VST plugins, or modernize yours? Why are they only 32-bit?

Probably not going to happen. All my VSTs are very old and only 32-bit, Windows-compatible as they're made with a discontinued software called "Synthmaker".

Can you make some sounds or FX presets for a VST I like?

I'd love to make sounds and presets for many VSTs, but I don't own all of them.
